How Mirello Ltd handles personal information submitted through the Mirello Fleet website.

Who we are

Mirello Fleet is a product of Mirello Ltd. Mirello Ltd is the controller of personal information collected through this website. You can contact us at [email protected].

Information we collect

If you contact us or submit a demo enquiry, we may collect your name, company, email address, details about your equipment estate and any other information you choose to include in your message.

How we use it

We use enquiry information to respond to you, understand your requirements, arrange demonstrations, discuss potential services and manage any resulting business relationship. Our lawful basis will normally be our legitimate interests in operating and developing our business, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

How website enquiries are processed

Demo enquiries are submitted through our website and sent to Mirello Ltd by email. We use Cloudflare to host and deliver the website and Resend to transmit form email. Business email is handled through Google Workspace. These providers may process limited technical or message data as part of delivering their services.

Retention

We keep enquiry information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond to the enquiry, manage a prospective or active business relationship, maintain appropriate business records and meet legal obligations.

International processing

Some technology providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, we rely on the safeguards and transfer mechanisms made available by those providers where required by data-protection law.

Analytics and cookies

We do not currently use non-essential marketing cookies on the Mirello Fleet website. If we add analytics or other non-essential tracking that requires consent, we will update this notice and the website controls accordingly.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct or erase personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, or ask for information about how your data is used. To make a request, email [email protected].

Questions or complaints

Please contact us first if you have a privacy question or concern. You also have the right to raise a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
