Security

Protecting the operational record.

Mirello Fleet is designed around controlled access, clear asset history and a deliberately focused technology footprint.

Website and infrastructure

The Mirello Fleet public website is delivered over HTTPS using Cloudflare infrastructure. Sensitive service credentials used by website functions are kept in server-side environment secrets rather than exposed in browser code.

Access to the platform

Mirello separates administrative and point-of-work access so users can be given access appropriate to the task they need to perform. Operator workflows can use controlled access without requiring every person at a customer site to become a back-office administrator.

Operational history

Maintenance actions, operator activity and service records are intended to remain attached to the relevant asset so authorised users can understand what happened and when. This reduces reliance on disconnected notes and informal records.

Third-party services

Mirello uses established infrastructure and software providers for areas such as hosting, authentication, data services and email delivery. Access to these services is restricted to what is needed for operation and administration.

Security development

Security controls will continue to evolve with the platform, customer requirements and the sensitivity of the data being handled. Where a customer requires specific security, integration or data-governance controls, these can be reviewed as part of deployment planning.
